This is MySQL Connector/ODBC compiled against MySQL 5.6.17

This solves http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=40141 and
http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=68788 which seems to be
fixed in MySQL 5.5.37 and 5.6.17.

Bug symptoms:
* Server is using OpenSSL
* Client is using yaSSL (default SSL library)
* No client certificates, only CA certificate
* Error message is "ERROR 2026 (HY000): SSL connection error"
